Welcome to Agabiti Bites
Most cookbooks offer recipes on a printed page. Agabiti Bites offers so much more than just recipes for sale. My book contains 55 unique Italian recipes that I have compiled over the past 44 years of cooking experience, in my family’s own restaurant business, and through other experiences, such as child nutrition programs in school cafeterias, fast food, catering, banquets, weddings, and so forth.
You can say that I literally grew up in the restaurant business, since my parents owned their own restaurant. At the age of 12, I got my start in the family business by mopping floors and cleaning bathrooms, and started to cook when I was 16 on our famous charcoal grill, where I learned to cook uniquely prepared foods. Our restaurant included three dining rooms, three banquet halls, and six bars, which sat about one thousand people at a time. This became the catalyst for my culinary expertise. My dynamic experiences can meet the goals of any culinary enthusiast, whether your goal is to become a household cook for your family, or you are an aspiring chef, this book has something for everyone. In addition, it has pages showing how to do certain food prep, which will make your experience in the kitchen easier. For example, learning how to “dice” a potato will help you learn how to cut practically anything.
My Italian salad, listed in my book, contains 21 ingredients, which give it a distinct taste. Not to mention the signature dressings, such as my exclusive Italian Dressing, or fresh Raspberry Vinaigrette to compliment the salad. Several of my recipes contain many ingredients which give it an exceptional taste, which sets it apart from your typical cookbook recipes. I even include a popular Italian dessert recipe!
